About Visual Dictionary: this is a really useful tool to find pictures about anything you want to learn.

We like the Fling the teacher tool, but the problem is that when you don't answer correctly you have to start the game again.
ReplyDeleteWe liked it very much because older students can use it themselves.
ReplyDeleteI like Shai, the visual dictionary. I think it is a great tool because it is very easy to use and can save a lot of time.
ReplyDeleteNacho
It´s very interesting to find pictures because it uses different web pages.
ReplyDeletePaloma and DAvid.
We think that some of these tools can be very useful and fun but real teaching has little to do with it yet.

Mingoville looks great for children of first cycle.Teachers have got plenty of material to download, songs, exercises and games, spelling...
ReplyDeleteEasy to use with the pupils.

We think these tools are very interesting. The problem is that you need time to prepare them and good internet conection.

Mingoville seems to be a fantastic web to work with children. Real english could also enhance their pronunciation and motivate them.
ReplyDeleteThank you for your ideas.

the spelling game in mingoville was very nice, it can be used for revise and vocabulary learning.
ReplyDeleteMingoville is an interesting resource in order to practice vocabulary. Children can learn at the same time they play.
ReplyDeleteBut, if you want to work with them, you need some resources, and we don't have them in our schools.
Sara and Raquel.

ReplyDeleteIt has an easy vocabulary but we couldn´t listen to it. Congratulations you have done a good job.

It is a very useful tool to use in the classroom. However you have to know in advanced how the blog works. Then it will take us certain time to get familiar with it.
ReplyDeleteAnd a disadvantage could be that the schools we work in are not well provided with ICT facilities to use with students as often as we would like to get a fluent use on the part of the students
We love it!!! great resources!! thanks for sharing!!!
ReplyDeleteAlmu and Aida
I like it a lot but for me it would be very difficult to do things like those with my pupils due to the fact that we don´t have many available resources to be used in our school. In my opinion Most of the things I´ve seen here could be used with secondary students or at least the 3rd grade of primary education. I find very difficult using them with the first graders for example.
ReplyDeleteAnyway, it would be great to know how to create things like that, because it could be very motivated for the older students
